Who's coming to DjangoDotJune?
Feel free to add yourself to this list. If you like, include any of these: a description of yourself, links, definitely/maybe/possibly status, anything you might want to talk about or do with the group.
Update (2007-06-01) - please also send me your email address so I can put together an announcement list. I may not need to use it at all, but in the event of last-minute changes or other important developements I'd like to be able to get news out. Thanks!
- Paul Bissex - I'm the organizer, if you can call it organizing. I teach web design and do in-house web and database development at The Hallmark Institute of Photography. I run dpaste. I have a blog. I'm planning to give some kind of short talk about Django and version control.
- Jeff Forcier - I'm currently a developer for a forensics firm and I use Django for pretty much all my in-house projects as well as some client work. I live in NYC but grew up near Northampton, so it's easy for me to attend :D No specific plans for a talk, but I'm always up for just talking with other devs in general and teaching whatever I might know that others don't know as much about.
- Adrian Holovaty - I live in Chicago but will be in town for the Django In June gypsy-jazz festival. I work at washingtonpost.com and have a blog. I'll give some sort of talk about future Django features.
- Lou Franco - I live in Northampton. I am building a personal Django-based website in my "free time".
- David Schein - I live in the next town over, work at GCC where I use Django, enjoy music and the path of least resistance, both apropos of Django or some referent thereof.
- Jeff Hobbs - I'm interested in learning more about Django as a framework.
- Ray Cote - I live in Peterborough, NH. Been working on a few small Django sites. Have a simple ecommerce application for driving external shopping carts. Looking forward to getting together with other Django enthusiasts. My company web site http://www.AppropriateSolutions.com/ was recently revamped and is now Django-driven. Hope to have 1 or 2 more Django sites up and running by mid-June.
- Chas Emerick - I live in work in Holyoke, MA (also one town "over"). I'm the founder of a local software company. I'm more of a pylons guy at the moment, but I'm always keeping my hands dirty. [Chas let me know that he will unfortunately be out of town this weekend.]

- Anders Conbere - I'm not long out of college and looking for a programming position, I've been playing with Django for a while now, with numerous projects of my own and at work. My IRC handle is "aconbere". Maybe (depends on lots of things)
- Philip Cadigan - I'm in. I've been using Django for about a year, most notably in a project called rPapers. For those on the fence, Northampton has some delicious food.

I haven't had a chance to work w/Django in production yet, but have enjoyed studying and following its evolution since viewing Jacob K-M's Google Tech Talk last year. Very cool that Adrian will be attending.
